So with this year almost behind us, what are you looking forward to next year?

* Blaze: (They are recording right now with Andy Sneap! :headbang: ) but they cant just copy the last album. Which was a copy of the first album. I hope they do some different stuff, or drop the filler songs. Im sure it will rock though!

* Testament: I dont know if they could top The Gathering, but it will be good to hear them try.

* Dragonlord: Hopefully this will come out by the end of 2004.

* Demons And Wizards: :headbang:

* Slayer: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: I cant wait for this!

* Dimmu Borgir 10th Anniversary Boxset: Rerecordings, rare stuff and dvds, sounds quite good from what ive heard so far.

* Dissection: Ill download it because I dont want that cowardly bastard getting any money :headbang:

* Black Sabbath Boxset: Not the first set, the second one with the Tony Martin/Dio/Glenn Hughes albums all remastered (Tyr REALLY needs remastering, its so quiet...) and ill get another copy of the ALMIGHTY Headless Cross album. Its a crime this hasnt sold 10 million copies.

* Lake Of Tears: Hopefully more doomy like Headstones and less wimpy/hippy like their last couple of albums.

* Slipknot: Talk about taking your freaking time. Hopefully there will be a Murderdolls one not far behind because they are even better. But I doubt it, im sure Slipknot will tour for the entire year and probably more.

* Black Label Society: :headbang:

Ones I dont know for sure but assume they will come out next year:

Symphony X
Amon Amarth
Old Mans Child
Kamelot

Theres probably more but I cant remember them for now.

Bruce needs to leave Maiden, record a solo album with Roy Z and tour Australia.

Bruce is touring next year! Look at Troops's thread! :headbang:

I haven't had a look at the thread yet cos there's no need to, but it's still great news! Bruuuuuuuuuuce! :headbang:

- Bruce's concert!
- Kiss/Aerosmith if it comes here (I'm sure it will)
- The Dirt movie if it finally comes out
- A Motley tour if it happens
- New Priest album
- Priest announcing Australia being part of their tour in 2005 heheh hopefully
- New Vinnie Vincent Invasion if it actually happens (he promised it'd be out this year grr)
- New Pink Cream 69 album, coz the last 3 have been so strong and consistent and they've found their right sound I KNOW it will rock
- New Talon album

That's all I can think of at the moment!

New Iced Earth earlier in the year, Blaze and D&W for sure. I agree that Blaze need something fresh though. I really dig their 2 albums, and they go well together, but I don't think they could just do the same thing again, that would be too much. They just need a standard metal album really, I am sure it will rock. Another thing that might effect it is the absence of Naylor and Singer, who both had some contributions on the last two albums, and were great musos.
I think Brucey will do something new when Maiden finish this last big tour, though we might not see it next year. I am very much looking forward to the next project for Metallica, as they have said they won't use the same production next time, and they also realise that most of the songs on St Anger needed chopping down, and I think they are the only 2 things stopping it from being a killer album. I will also be interested to hear what Mustaine comes up with, and would be interested in new Slayer and Testament as well. The thing I am most looking forward to, though, will be a Judas FUCKING Priest tour! Lets hope it happens!

Well I'd like to see that too. :headbang:

I want a Living Colour tour. Yeah, that would be nice. And Arch Enemy. And Machine Head playing their new album and first two albums, but nothing off the other two. Yeah.

I forgot to add the new Death Angel album :headbang: Maybe the Exodus one too if its as good as the Tempo Of The Damned sample I heard :headbang:

Testament
Cryptopsy
Judas Priest
Death Angel
Exodus
Neurosis

I think Peter Gabriel should get off his ass and make a new album.

Nasum tour.
Opeth tour.
Deeds Of Flesh tour.

I don't remember what else is happening in the future.

*edit* - Dungeon album, and I hope I will be able to see them live.

I'm not looking forward to much really. I'm sure it will all disappoint again. :(
