go ed there, thats what i like to see : )

me smilies arnt workin properly i feel like its the end of the world hahha

225 g (8 oz) suetcrust pastry made with 225 g (8 oz) flour
225-350 g (12 to 34 lb) stewing steak, cut into 2 cm (1 inch) cubes
100 g (1 lb) kidney
30 ml (2 level tbsps) seasoned flour
1 onion, skinned and chopped
water

Method
1. Half fill a steamer or large saucepan with water and put it on to boil.

2. Grease a 900-ml (1 1/2 pt) pudding basin.

3. Cut off a quarter of the pastry to make the lid and roll out the remainder into a round large enough to line the basin.

4. Coat the meat with the seasoned flour.

5. Remove the skin and core from the kidneys, cut into slices and coat with seasoned flour.

6. Fill the basin with the meat, kidney, onion and 45 ml water.

7. Roll out the pastry for the lid to a round the size of the top of the basin and damp the edge of it.

8. Place on top of the meat and seal the edges of the pastry well.

9. Cover with greased greaseproof paper or foil and steam for about 4 hours

though i think its easier to buy them ready made and steam them for 35 mins.

yesterday:
foie gras with hearts of the arti chock tightened with a string of courgette and dressed with caviar (okay i didn't eat the foie gras)
fresh fished bass with green tomatoes
candies out of elixir d'anvers
red spumante with belgian strawberries

- drove home in porche carbio after that

later on bread with boursin, black, tomato, paprika, cucumber and
wentelteefjes :) (bread drawned in milk and egg baked in the pan with brown sugar)

i don't have a penny left though, i wonder what i could make tonight. i think there are some tomatos and eggs left
