I am getting debate going here...if it is mid level...people have other options...I have already a few bands lined up for second stage so a few bands that I don't have any interest in is perfect for me.

Circle II Circle realistically are but I'm betting their asking price isn't.

They do not draw. Period.
I am not dissing them. I saw them on the tour with 80% of the setlist Savatage material and still no more than maybe 75 people.

I think you misunderstood my quote. I meant Circle II Circle is midlevel, but I think in a festival setting they're going to think they're worth more than that. I've never actually seen Circle II Circle.
I think if it's exclusively US Oliva would draw pretty well, but that's the problem. I think it would be hard to get him to do just an exclusive. He'd probably build a tour around it.

I would not be surprised if Amulance is playing next year. Rick came out to the fest this year to see it and wants in.

I'm good with all of these ones. Slough Feg is more of a headliner though. I love Voltax, but I've already seen them once and most likely will be seeing them again in June.

Also, Hour of 13 are pretty much done for now. I also wouldn't want to book them for them to screw over the fest again.

For the record, as a band, Hour of 13 did not screw anyone over.
Let's just say there was a LOT of miscommunication between band members, and most important, one specific member. Even their label was confused with all of what was going on.
Chad feels terrible about what happened and really wanted to play.
As Bob said, sometimes, regardless of the situation, things happen where you just don't wanna "go there". That's all up to Sir Odin of course.....
Secondly, Slough Feg is not a headliner. I think they would be a perfect co-headliner.
