I personally hate the subcategories of the nicks, makes it harder to browse through all the names. I'd much rather have them all in one page, in order or in complete chaos.

Unfortunately that won't happen, I happen to like order over chaos
when it comes to web sites, not to mention I couldn't fit them all on
one page with the current format of the page, see the page ends
at the same level as those red sides end, so the names would need
to be in micro text... I may still have to play around with that a bit
more, so you may see some change in it soon... or maybe not, who
knows
