I also swore off fast food (besides Wendy's, but I don't usually get anything too terrible). I've been eating a lot of oatmeal and hummus and stuff, it's pretty great!

I was off red meat for a couple of years and then fell off the wagon, but I'll slowly moving myself back to less of it.
