Aren't there certain types of painkillers that are safe to mix with alcohol, like ibuprofen or something?

Yeah, Tramadoral for example though it's non-narcotic which basically means it doesn't work. I took five once and all it did was gave me a stomach ache, no pain relief what so ever. Doctors never give me good painkillers because of my weight but I have a higher tolerance to pain pills than most people my weight. I also mixed it with alcohol and it made no difference
