Why has ProgPower USA switched from decimal points to Roman numerals?

It used to be ProgPower USA 2.0... now we have ProgPower USA IV? Why? I thought the 2.0 idea was pretty neat...

Well perhaps it is because the first Prog Power (Chicago) and the 2.0 were actually held in the same year and that was a way Glenn could differentiate between the two? Just speculation on my part mind you.

Switching to Roman numerals from decimal points keeps others from confusing the festival with AOHell versions.
