the snare is not in tune but you can hear the difference pretty clearly, right? It took about 3 seconds to put the moongel there, compared to the minutes of tweaking when using tape to get even remotely similiar results

I would die if it were stolen! I never dreamed of owning such a nice axe. I ordered it directly from Japan and it only took 3 days to get to my house in the US. Unfuckingbelievable.

Yeah, there's a lot of personal integrity caught up in what Japanese people commonly do as a trade. A lot of their own pride and honor is in the craft, so it's not surprising to me at all! 'gratz, by the way.
