You're into metal since.....

1983 "Piece Of Mind" - Iron Maiden. Things have never been the same after that.:D

Since '88 when I saw 'Welcome Home' from Them by King Diamond on Headbanger's Ball. I went out the next day and found 'Abigail' and played that tape until I wore the print off of it and then played it some more.

My dad bought me this compilation on Viynl called So Heavy It Hurts.Unfortunately it wasn't so "heavy".It had Europe on it for fucks sake. But it had Madhouse by Anthrax which turned me into the Metal freak that i still am now.Motorhead was the only other decent band on the bloody thing.I guess it's the thought that counts though right?

When Load came out. Heh.

I never liked music, but then I heard Hero of the Day on TV, and loved it.

I didn't do anything about it until about 1999 when I searched for all of Metallica's albums, broadened my listening experience past Metallica, and ended up like all of metals great subgenres.

I guess I am a newbie, but I am still in the early stages of my life. Plenty of time yet.

as soon as i started listening to cradle of filth in the year 2000 i also started getting interested in black metal which lead to me loveing melodic death aswell and other metal genres and now i am a massive metal fan.

Since 1976 I am a active hard-rock metal freak. I heard Led Zeppelin's "Whole lotta love" around 1972 and that did it for me.

It took me until 1976 to start buying records. I am into most genres. Immortal to Kansas, Symphony X to Death.
