Albums that did not utterly fucking rock, but are still worth buying:

Saxon - Lionheart
Death Angel - The Art of Dying
Dragonforce - Sonic Firestorm (so horribly gay, yet so mindlessly fun.)
Vehemence - Helping the World To See (if you're into melodic death, this is for you. Even enjoyable if you're not really.)

Albums that might have rocked that I need to hear:
I'll just list the bands: Suffocation, Jag Panzer, Graveland, Behemoth, Seven Witches, Distant Thunder, and Wolf.

I feel like I need to broaden my horizons because I haven't heard the new Isis, Mastodon, Neurosis, Cult of Luna, etc.

I'm familiar with the past stuff of some of those bands but I'm really needing a change of scenery lately.

I'm sure there would be more on my list if I had the funds to acquire them and more stable internet connection...
