Yeah...Spirited Away was the best movie I've ever seen. Princess Mononoke was real good too. Anything by Hayao Miyazaki is damned good. Haven't seen any tv series, not too into that kind of stuff.

Heh, here's my post in another anime thread because I'm lazy:

OMFG!!!!!!!!! Anyone else seen any of the Mirage of Blaze series? I've seen the six episodes fansubbed by Ishin and I'm fucking hooked!! Sadly, I can't find the entire series anywhere! I can only find the first domestically released DVD. I'm amazed I can't find an imported version anywhere.

If you haven't seen it, go download them from Kazaa or something. You can no longer get them from Ishin because they stop distrobution after it's licensed.

Also, anyone seen the Ninja Scroll TV series, Samurai Deeper Kyo, or Scryed? They're three more series I've found highly enjoyable (though not near so as Mirage of Blaze).

Castle of Cagliostro by Miyazaki is also excellent! my other fav's include Ninja Scroll, Patlabor, Shadow Skill, Princess Mononoke, Totoro, X and Macross Plus.

Only ever seen a few Manga films and whatever anime was being shown on Channel 4 over here. I've seen Akira, Doomed Megalopolis, Fist of the North Star, Devil Man (I think that's what it was called) and of course, the mighty StreetFighter II film
