Any other good Japanese power metal bands besides Anthem?

I am getting tired of listening to limited selections of Japanese power metal. Can you guys recommend me any other decent power metal bands?
p.s. No X-Japan please. These guys have no talent and don't know shit about metal. No wonder they were so huge in Japan.

Well, there's Concerto Moon though I wouldn't recommend them, they're just an Yngwie Malmsteen clone with a horrible vocalist
