He was implying by this: "the JE-1000 Gainbooster are sucky because alexi doesnt use them anymore!" that Alexi hated the sound so he changed, but we know that's not the reason.

I was talking about the MM04 AND the JE1000.
And, i mentionedfrom going to HZ+MM04 from going to the SD blackout.

I really loved the tone in FTR that he had, and i really hate the sound in AYDY.

I was under the impression that the reason Alexi's tone is so different in AYDY is due to the mixing/compression and not necessarily to do with his pickups/gain booster. Isn't his tone still about the same when playing live?

The alexi preamp only works on low gain amps.

no it will give more Gain to the usually Pickup sound also on a Diezel or Engl

Like if you had a marshall MG 100 it would work great but if you had a Engl powerball or a peavey 6505 it would not make a diffrence.

Lots of metalbands use a Tubescreamer to give extra tone/gain to a high-gain amp.
