Slayer got me into Thrash.

I don't really listen to much Power Metal. I guess Dream Evil would be the one.

I definitley want to check out Manowar though.

I don't listen to power metal.

Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, and Testament got me into thrash, in the late 80s and very early 90s. Aside from Slayer, I no longer listen to those bands. Nowadays when I listen to thrash, I prefer Sodom, Sadus, Protector, Kreator, Schizo, etc.
