Beer

Yeah, I've only had their summer seasonal Zon. It was alright, for $3 a 6 pack though it was incredible.

Not sure how you got it for $3.00 for a six pack? Must have been going out of date or something. Anyway, definitely don't base much about Boulevard by their Zon beer. It's actually the only thing I have had by them that I didn't like.

Yeah they were, my store was just trying to get rid of them as fast as possible. I'll probably pick up their IPA one of these days. Their price is nice.

Be sure to try their Pale Ale sometime too. It's obviously less hoppy than their IPA, but it's their flagship brew & I always keep coming back to it.

i'm killing a....

To shock you all completely (those of you who care, anyway) I like that beer. I really really do. I don't give a shit that it's the biggest and most commercial beer in the world. It does its job, and it does it well. There are times for all kinds of beer, including easily digested lager.

On the other hand, I might have to take a break altogether from beer for a while now.

fucking rights, cronopio.

This is my standard beer of choice,it's basically all I drink, very nice and refreshing especially chilled to the point of nearly frozen.I drink quite a bit these days usually 3 six packs at a time but if i'm a bit cashed up i'll try a few boutique beers but that's very rarely.

James Squire make some fantastic beer, especially this thick chocolatey Porter.

That porter looks heavenly. IPA's and Danish beers like Pilsner Urquel are my least favorite because of their bitter taste. It's a preference thing. I prefer dark bocks and ales. And that PBR commercial...ick, although my husband likes it. My grandpa used to drink that shit, along with Hamms and Schlitz. Worst. Beers. Ever.

it's a scene from Blue Velvet...probably the farthest thing from a PBR commercial  If you haven't seen it, watch it. It's Dennis Hopper's best/most bizarre performance (but go figure it's a David Lynch movie)

PBR is shit, but I had to post it since Heineken was mentioned.

also, Pilsner Urquell isn't Danish. It's Czech...from Pilsen...hence the name...jus' sayin

Yeah, I just saw PBR and cringed. So, I will watch it. Anything with David Lynch and Dennis Hopper (RIP) is all right with me. And my bad on the PU, I can't believe I said it was Dutch.
