That one wasn't so much about clique so much as it's funny how insane people are over DT. Either with their love and fanboi-ism or their severe hatred

The DT thing comes from the forum, and all the comparisons and arguments that always came up. Eventually it got so out of hand it just became a joke... which is nice, because people stopped taking the argument so seriously, and stopped getting so pissed.

seems the haters are a bigger problem than those that appreaciate, I really havent seen much fanboism here and the cross over between the forum band and said band is very close as well as many other current progessive bands, therein lies the joke of the whole matter .......

well i know what bens idea of 'there' is, but didn't get razoredge's or its relevance to this thread..

it is a saying that is sometimes used by some people regarding certain subjects. Like say... politics, or economics, some people will say "you cant go there" because people could get upset with anothers views and will end in a heated or even uncomfortable debate. So you avoid these subjects to avoid hard feelings or turning a good time into a bad one. I've never had any problems discussing anything so I always get myself in these "should'nt have gone there" situations. You can now easily figure out what I was refering too. I said it in good humor and meant nothing bad by it, so hopefully I did not just get myself into another one of those "should'nt have gone there" deals....
that said I feel I could justify nominating myself for best violator of "the shouldnt go there clause" , because I sure seem to walk right into a world of shit everytime I speak or in this case type my thoughts.......

Ken - I didnt try to imply that there were not fans of said band, that are not also fans of SX and many other progressive bands on this forum. When I think of fanboi-ism, I think of someone that can not hear anything beyond, like die hard and everyone else pales. However I would say I feel the haters appear to be die hard fanboi's of anti. So that would be like, "I hate Dream Theater" fanboi's. Hows that for turning the tables.......
