I actually like all of them. Mikael is usually all over the place, but his more significant banging is this type of sling-shot, hair flinging from behind to front bang. It's pretty cool to watch.

Peter has this crouching position, then lightly bobs his head. There's also an appeal to it.

And among my favourites, Martin Mendez has this swaying technique, and his hair flows back and forth.

MENDEZ's headbanging is the best because it's so entertaining...we met Opeth at the HOB Anaheim show in late Jan, and my friend asked him about his awkward headbanging and Mendez was glad that he noticed it and laughed about it!

I like mendez alot. I just like movement in general. I hate watching bands just stand there looking at they're fingers. So anything is appricated. Mikeal gets honorable mentions..just cos hes god.
