I've got an Aske CD with the Zippo lighter that came with it. Only 100 or so were made I think. It would be worth a fortune had I not used that lighter daily at the time. Unfortunately the pic of the burned church didn't last too long. It was screen printed and just scratched off over time, and now I have just a regular old silver Zippo

I've seen Hvis Lyset Tar Oss available in limited slipcases. Are they official or bootlegs?
