Bush & Caggino will be back

I wouldn't think Joey V (one of Bush's best friends) and Rob would be hanging out with them if there was any bad blood.

There was also an Joey Vera interview on Blabbermouth (OK, I know that´s not the most reliable source but as we know some of the rumors came true) where he said that the reunion tour would be alright and they would have fun.

I hope for him and is family. I have a good salary, maybe more than Bush, and i could'nt afford 1 year without working. :err:

As long as people are buying the records he was a part of, he's making money. Residuals not salary.

Yes but he have to split every single album sold in 5 part, and i dont think that band have a lot of money from an album, maybe 1$ per album. Maybe John got 25 cents per album. You have to sell a shitload of album to make money. Band like Anthrax make money from touring. :Smug:

I was super pissed off back when Joey left in '92 or whenever. Then, later, I heard "Only" on the radio. It blew me away (that song still blows me away). I bought SOWN the day it was released and loved every track. One of their best albums. I got over it.

When Danny left, I was like "WTF?" but Stomp 442 is a good album, Volume 8 is great, WCFYA is the best Anthrax since SOWN.
Now, I'm pissed that John and Rob are gone, but Anthrax was my favorite band with this current line up, as they were the 13 years between then and now. And if they do an album without John and Rob, it could be good. I guess we'll have to wait and see.......

Maybe Bush & Vera are giving Gonzo, Phil & Jeff a call to get Saint back out for the summer!

*Crosses fingers*
I'll put money on that long before I shell out any dollars for anything associated with Joey. We can talk all we like about who we prefer, but I'm more of a "John Bush" fan than an "Anthrax no matter who is singing" fan, so in the end, the only vote that will send a message to the band is with the wallet, so I'm not buying anything with the reunited lineup until I hear an official statement from the band that it's only temporary and John will be back with the band.

Am I a bandwagon jumper? You bet, but no more than the "troo fans" that deserted Anthrax when Joey left and now seem to be appearing out of the woodwork now.

Ok, here's the deal the way I see it. Scott said that this thing was only a trial reformation thing for now, but we'd have to wait and see if things worked well musically and privately and there was a possibility of further recording and touring if it all went well and they wanted to do it. If this happened then we can surely only assume Bush and Caggiano are out. I'm not going to speculate on how things do/did work but some people will be on a wage and some people will be splitting the proceeds once the wages have been paid - that ain't meant as a dig, it's how bands work. Someone posted that Caggiano had been pissed off about the reformation and said so. Wu denied that Rob felt this way straight up. I thought that something funny was going on a while ago as Bush said onstage in Glasgow that they'd be back pretty soon and Rob confirmed this to me in the pub later that evening, but plans then changed...
I think the reason that there has been silence is that they don't really know yet themselves. Things could turn on a dime if there's a sudden disagreement on tour. What if Bello leaves again? Do they carry on with the reformation and Vera? What I will say, and what a really good guy who is EXTREMELY close to the band said earlier on this board, Scott Ian doesn't knowingly tell lies. Not talking about Mr Wu, but Scott. If there's something awkward, or something he doesn't want to discuss, then he keeps his trap shut just like now or when Bello split. The Anthrax camp is very tight and I doubt you'll hear many truthful rumours floating around, just like the true Bello story never emerged. What I do want, along with you all, is some more info on the state of play but I suspect we'll have to wait a good while longer for that...

Why does every thread eventually turn into Belladonna vs Bush????? :yell:

I think the whole Bush vs Belladonna issue was bast summed up back in 1987
"I'm trying to reason but you don't understand,Talking in circles, we'll never get it straight"

Its pointless to keep bringing this whole issue up because there is no way you'll ever convince the other party that your right, as preference is purely based on personal oppinion.

Thats my two cents anyway

*gets down from high horse*

I'm with you on that one. 100% agreed. :worship:

As I said earlier, I won´t give "reunited Anthrax" a single coin.
That means I would probably DL some of the new songs they´ll eventually make.

Do you really think Frankie left on his own? Lets hope this reunion tour lasts longer than this 6 week European stint. It will be the longest everyone has been together since the reformation.
