Blindside is another band I like. Not really metal more like Alternative Metal but they are pretty good. Christian Metal is a very underrated genre in my opinion. It takes a lot of courage for these bands to stand for the things they do and play the type of music they do. A lot of hardcore metal fans such as myself might overlook these bands because of the lyrical content but I think they are as good as most "secular bands". I don't like or dislike bands because of just lyrics and what they stand for. I think it is crazy that the MOST metal underground is so "open minded" but won't give Christian Metal the time of day.

Actually, I narrowed down the list quite a bit to just the ones that I think are worth listening to. There are a lot more Christian metal bands out there, but the majority of the ones I didn't list aren't that good (I'm sure I'm missing a few good ones, though, since I don't know every band out there).

Figure a billion music bands in the world - how many suceed and get noticed?
Now take that ratio down as the amount of Xtian bands is far far less.
Mathematically, there just isn't enough of a pool to get good musicians from, so a GREAT Xtian band doesn't happen all that often - but it does from time to time (Living Sacrifice)
