From what I understand of the bible, it says God created the Earth 6,000 years ago as it is today in 6 days, including animals and plants, and such. The fossil record of the earth proves this wrong. It is indisputable. If you are saying God formed the Earth four billion years ago as a molten planet in 6 days, you are showing the bible is incorrect or at least speaking through metaphor in some places, and speaking literally in others, which is terribly inconsistent.

I did read it. And my posts aren't Dumbass Dumbass. They are in fact quite lucid. If you don't want long posts with "hard to understand stuff in it (OMGZ!!!)" then just tell Taylor to give up. So long as he continues this debacle I'm not gonna let down. In fact I tried to steer this thread back to it's original purpose a few pages ago before Panzerkunt got the Christians all riled up. Hell I didn't even want to get into a debate. I was talking with Neurotica and we eventually ended up agreeing on our point of views and then Taylor came in and started debating me. And hell if I'm gonna let him get away with saying stupid shit.

All I've been saying is that your "information" which you state as fact is not always so rock solid. There are many variables that can affect the outcome for the age of the earth and I think http://www.answersingenesis.org/home/area/re1/chapter8.asp gives a decent look at the kind of assumptuous scientific "research" that leads to billions of years.

Anyway, this should be continued in another thread. I tried discussing with you in some thread at the Philosopher forum, but that topic ended up slowing down in participation pretty fast.
