I saw some guys asking for my gear regarding cobot.
Esp Scythe and Ninja guitar, Two Amps out of Revalver (The ultimate Guitar plug in, nothing comes close) and one real ENGL.
I have to say I killed my song with compression, I will reupload it with good mastering soon.

OK, I've already learnt the guitars, and I may throw in some stuff of my own (not major things, just details and stuff). Then I'll record bass and send to Lowberg if he's still up for vocals. Mixing either me or him if he has time.

I think we could add some christmas bells to it given that it's for the CH. album lol

Download CEP 2.1 (I can send installer if you want), it's pretty small so it won't take too much space from your mum's laptop memory. IIRC it's like 26mb the installer and 200mb the program or something.

But I don't have my GP4/mp3/backing track files that I need, I can't access my hard drive! I'm trying to sort it out, seems no one really gives a shit. I've bought a boot disc, so hopefully that will help.

What would you need? I can provide with CEP 2.1 installer, GP installer, drum BTs if you tell me the song/tab you want me to use and recorded bass.

I appreciate the offer, but I have a special thing in GP I arranged myself, and really want it in the song. I wouldn't be able to do it again without my resources so I'm just going to wait and see if I can get it going. I will stay up Xmas eve if I have to!!

My school semester ends in a few days and I'll be on break for almost two months, I should definitely have time to get musical things done here. I'm having issues with my main computer, my brother downloaded a file infected with a backdoor *and my antivirus really sucked balls* so now over 9000 viruses have taken control of it, as soon as I saw that I disconnected the internetz but it was already too late, now the computer restarts everytime I try to run anything *including task manager so I can't disable the virus either*

I can still open the My documents folder so I should be able to backup my files to an usb drive before formatting the damn pc... I still don't know if I can record everything in time for X-mas, especially since I have a job now so I don't have much time for myself or my computer.

It's a sort of Christmas album. Holiday season songs, party songs, that kind of crap. It most likely will end up being covers, but if you come up with sth original that's all good as well...

Yeah kinda, the ENGL and guitars have been bought extremely cheap, Im not your standard affair "I have to much Money" guitarist.

So, how's going everyone? I'm guessing we all just decided to ditch the Christmas album idea... Anyone working on any songs otherwise? I just started one that should turn out to be like a weird metal tango or sumth, got intro and main riff done, struggling with coming up with a good chorus...

Also, COCOB and Burger, what happened to that Vodka cover?

Holy crap dude 8 minutes. That's cool (as long as it's not Dimmu Borgir-like, where they repeat same three chords for 8-10 minutes lol). I wonder when the next proper COBOT album is scheduled..... I'm planning to get most of my song done and recorded in about 2 weeks or so... But right now I'm gonna go fry myself some juicy steak.
