Milan was absolutely fantastic! Some people called me crazy to travel 8 hours by train down there, but it was so all worth it. Would do it again, that's for sure!
While I would have loved to see/hear King Of Whitewater, I was very pleased with our setlist - I love Banish The Wicked and they didn't play this one at PPE so that made me very happy!
What can I say, the concert was simply amazing. The sound was very good, the band was in extremely good spirit and the audience was fantastic! The only thing I was missing was decent light, it was rather dark on stage so I had to use the flash to take pictures. *dislike*
"I Want It All" was a huge surprise for me. I didn't expect them to play a cover song, but I think the pick was excellent. Performance was really great and Tommy's vocals were so impressive! LOVED IT! And the audience sang along like crazy.
Milan was truly a night to remember! So many people from all the different countries that I had known only from Facebook before, or had only met once or twice before. It was one big party!
And it was a party indeed. The whole evening was a Festival with four bands playing before SW. So they hit the stage between Midnight and 0.30am, playing around 80 minutes. After that the evening was not over, though. I'm not quite sure, but I think the last people left at 3.30am or something.
One of the best weekends of my life.
