culture and traditions

I think people want to buy a culture, or at least buy in to. Hey lets go to Seamus O'flahertys fiddlers Ceilidh fun pub and be oirsh. I don't know, its all the pc stuff from the 1980's too, where you take the good parts of many cultures and embrace them and don't deal with or even contemplate the historical significance of events passed. Yes embrace a culture but learn about it, all of it.
I was brought up with the sort of oral tradition of story telling. My dad would just entertain me with mad stories and some true stuff, like when he boxed in the army and that....proper Ollie Reed hahaha.
It's all to do with traditions passed down as well, so singing at family gatherings, going around the room taking turns to sign..thank christ I was too young for that, I was too shy as a wee nipper.

Anyway, culture is good...two thumbs!

1/ we don't say 'LE' Mac Donald's just Mac Donald's or Mac Do or even 'Dogm' in verlan which is a urban slang where you invert the syllables ... anyway ...

2/ i dunno, i would say 40-50 in inner Paris, maybe more ...

Quick for life. Fuck you McDo
The Giant is like 100 times better than the Big Mac eh... By the way, I guess Belgium, France and Luxembourg are the only countries where they have (this non-American) Quick.
