I highly fucking recommend everyone check out Acid Witch (who have the same vocalist from Phlegethon and more recently, Vacant Coffin and Hooded Menace). It's like psychedellic death/doom with a horror vibe. Really killer stuff!

So I listened to the new Demiurg. It's pretty good. It's got some great songs, but it also seems that there is a little bit of filler as well.

A little, I think the first album is better, but there are some seriously amazing songs.

It sounded a whole hell of a lot like their first one to me, but it was slightly lacking in the epic department, which is what made the first one as good as it was. There were moments of brilliance on the new one, but overall it was just a really solid album.
