Also, for Thoth-Amon, I doubt that anyone liking IB can hate Hornets. Although I have enjoyed Hornets less than any of Arghoslent's previous full-lengths, it's still a pretty decent album.

It seems I'm burnt out on open string slow palm mutes for some reason. I don't know why I used to love all palm mutes, now it just seems I like the fast palm muting(Nile, Deicide, Death), and slow Slammy ones(there's hope for brutal death CC ad V5), and ones with actual notes involved, and bouncy palm mutes. Guess I need to lay off the groovy DM for a while.

Yes, same here. I got their live CD/DVD today (Wacken Carnage) and it's amazing. One of the best DM bands around IMHO.

Are there any DM(probaly more OSDM) bands like old Incantation? I prefer growls over the death-shrieks and I really like how Incantation had the vocals add to the whole atmosphere and not stand out as much, really awesome guitar work too and not just bang blast beats whole time.

"Groundbreaking" is definitely a stretch, but they've kinda created their own combination of grindcore, brutal death and a bit of OSDM. Yeah they're not earth-shatteringly unique by any means, but they're still one of the better contemporary DM bands around.
