Death Metal

The Locust are just fucking shit their vocals sound like fucking cartoon characters. They're just noise:puke:.Bring Me The Horizon's music is O.K but they look like a bunch of little emo bitches.

noise is a legit genre, but you should know that already (check out V5's project Ichorous) and Bring Me The Horizon are a bunch of homos. I can't see anyone even appreciating BMTH on an ironic level. they're extremely transparent people and it shows in every interview they do.

Behemoth(They're More like Blackened Death Metal now.Used to be Black Metal)
Cannibal Corpse
The Faceless
Skinless
Carnifex
Six Feet Under
Suicide Silence
Whitechapel
Vader
Obituary
Morbid Angel
Impaled
Beneath The Massacre
Carcass
Dying Fetus
Gorefest
The Black Dahlia Murder
Job For a Cowboy
Krisiun
Napalm Death
Arch Enemy

Cryptopsy is probably the only Death Metal Band That I think sucks.
You like a lot of death metal I like then. I like all the bands you named except The Black Dahlia Murder and The Faceless, and I haven't heard Gorefest or Carnifex.

Has anyone else listened to the newest release by Waco Jesus?
They have really pulled their heads out of their asses... no more rape and feces lyrics and disgusting imagery... no more need for shock value...

I had written them off as a boring porngrind clone... but Sex Drugs and Deathmetal is actually an enjoyable piece of brutal death metal.

Bolt Thrower - Realm of Chaos / Warmaster
Entombed - Left Hand Path / Clandestine
Asphyx - The Rack
Dismember - Like An Everflowing Stream
Atheist - Piece of Time / Unquestionable Presence

You can't really go wrong with Atheist tbh. Considering all three are great.

For newer releases, Dismember's self titled album isnt bad at all... and Those Once Loyal from Bolt Thrower is really good too.

And as far as Therion goes, ...Of Darkness > the rest.

ASPHYX: New Album Details Revealed - Feb. 8, 2009

Reformed Dutch death metal outfit ASPHYX — Martin van Drunen (vocals), Wannes Gubbels (bass/vocals), Paul Baayens (guitar) and Bob Bagchus (drums) — has set "Death...The Brutal Way" as the title of its comeback album, due in May/June via Century Media Records. War Anthem Records will release the LP version of the effort, which was recorded at the Sonic Assault studio and engineered by Frank Klein Douwel (who is also the band's live sound engineer). Mixing duties will be handled Dan Swanö (NIGHTINGALE, EDGE OF SANITY and BLOODBATH fame) at Unisound in Sweden.

Commented the band: "The new album will be ASPHYX's heaviest so far, for sure. We know that's a cliché, but it's simply true, and if we say this, you bet it's the truth. Some titles: 'Death...The Brutal Way', 'Cape Horn', 'Der Eisenbahnmörser', 'Scorbutics', 'Riflegun Redeemer', 'Black Hole Storm', 'Asphyx II', '(They Died As They Marched)'."
