Does anyone even know where to get this Laiho model??? iv searched for about a month and I haven't gotten anything. Is there a way to get it? or do you have to customize one yourself in the ESP Custom Shop? Either way I could never afford it. But I still want to see what the price range is.

Eh, why would you want it? Its really not that great of a guitar. Honestly I havent really played any v2 shaped guitars, but from the way Alexi holds his, it looks way unbalanced, like the EX models. Plus, it only has one pickup, and its not even a good pickup. If I were Alexi I'd throw an EMG 81 in there or something.

If you still want one, I think you have to go through ESP Japan. Seriously, though, spend your money on a good guitar. Just because Alexi likes it doesnt make it automatically good.

So, its 350,000 yen, which is about 2,900$. Pretty damn expensive, but still less than the custom shop.

its acctually a pretty decent guitar. i have the esp Sv standard, which is also his model. its a damn fine guitar. the esp 350al and 398al Japanese customs, which are not sold to america. but nearly everywhere else but cheer up, alexi is bringing out a rhoads guitar for all the american bodom fans, in accordance to the jackson copyright.
hey Epyon, the emg pickup alexi is using at the moment is one that he likes, everyone has their own likings towards sounds/pickups. this is the tone he likes, thats why he uses them. and dude, it is balanced, i have one of them.

i reccomend bmusic.com.au if you do want to get one, of you can wait to the esp alexi usa model if you really want.

I'm not ripping on his pickup choice or anything, I'm just saying that I would have choose a different pickup. I have the same pickups in one of my guitars right now and I can't stand them.

Man, mention one thing about Alexi or his guitars on this board and you get jumped by fanboys. Alexi is the shit, but its not like he is God or anything.
