I have several favorites but from a general perspective its likely Necroticism-Descanting the Insalubrious by Carcass.

To all the Mortician bashers in the room (I know there are a lot of you!), PLEASE give that one a listen (if you have not already heard it) before you just reply and say "dude, mortician sucks". It's a great album, very raw, brutal & exceptionally heavy...
