Guitar Player's Thread

^Actually,i give a shit ;)

Sure you do

The way I see this, is that you're simply obsessed with that guitar. You should buy what seems to be the best option for you. If I were you, I would buy the RR5 or some Jackson stars, for example.

@Angry_Wildchild: Holy fuck, the 2 frets matter that much? Because you want to play bodom solos? This is exactly why I don't give a damn if my guitar has 21 frets or 24 or 22. I simply don't play cover songs much more...just compose own stuff. Well, I would definetly get teh RR5 over the Alexi ESP because it is overpriced. If you want to order one though Musik-Produktiv stocks them at a decent price.

+1

Holy balls that's awesome

What's the different between the STD guitar and the custom shop one?(Apart the price and the signature on the head ;) )

Craftsmanship, quality of components, etc

Don't know too much but I think that's about it.

And after 2 years with your main guitar, and no neck pickup, you will regret it :p

I sure did:lol: But my guitar is still awesome:cool:

I really can't tell if thats a joke or not  It just fits the black metal stereotype 120%

Says the one with 24 frets ànd a 7th string:rolleyes:
And cob isn't the only one who plays up to 24

True, but 24 frets were not something i had to have. I didn't even look at that feature. My point still stands...I play so much own stuff I don't need to. Also what do you think this guy wants to play? His user name is Andry_Wildchild and wants to buy a ESP Alexi scythe(No offense).

Examples?

a custom shop

Cob, obviously, but what's the point of getting a 22fret guitar then?

fuck that shit, for less than 2300 you can get fucking USA made Jacksons

Which makes it better? Honestly though, i wouldn't go for modern day Jacksons, the quality is diminishing rapidly. If you want jacksons, go for second hand ones.

Examples?

First of all, how much money you're going to use in guitar? 3000 is a lot. I mean a LOT.

If it must be RR-shape, go for RR5 or RR24. RR24 is high quality(not far from those ESP-signature models, as far as I know), it's cheap compared to those. I think that would be good choise for you.

You can do anything with your money. But you should really consider about what do you want from guitar, for what price. Seems like you're lil bit lost in this matter.

Yeah, that's what I meant.

Orchestrated = Only orchestra

Also Andry, seriously you will regret getting an alexi guitar.

As Mr. Black Metal said, it's the name you pay for. My $1200 Jackson Stars honestly played smoother and felt much better than the CS Alexi.
