Those things practise the muscles on your arm. To practise hammer-ons and pull-offs, you can do hammer-on/pull-off excercises. Duh.
what kinds of excercises do you guys use when warming up?
i'm getting tired of the same things and i'd like something new to practice (preferably arpeggios, string skips, weird scales, but anything will work)
would be great if you could post some tabs or whatever
