How did you find the Ultimate Metal Forum? *

Originally, my friend set up an account for the forums for her old band - whom I shall not mention as the band's manager is a cunt and the same goes for 2 of the current band members, therefore I will not publicize their name for them to make more money.

Swedish Metal had their forum here for a while.

Niklas von Dark Tranquillity more or less told the old forumers from their ezBoard to move here, because ezBoard was flooding the screen with pop-up ads (before there was pop-up ad blockers). We (Rahvin, Misanthrope, wildfyr, myself, and a few others) packed up our bags and settled here.

Friend recommended this place for me and after The Black League forum came here, I joined. That was back in 2001. TBL forum is long gone now (to hmas.org), but I kind of stuck. Not that I've been very active lately.
