I remember when my Merlin died, also at age 10, back in November, i was also in Norway at the time, and i hadn't seen him in awhile...so I know EXACTLY how you feel. He was also a big black cat, and i cried my eyes out cos I missed him so bad, and also didnt get to see him. You know my number if you wanna talk, hon!!!! *hugs again*

I know how it feels like, I've lost 5 cats, a horse and a dog, the worst experience was when my dear Lady died, that horse was my best friend for 8 years.

For those who ever had pets it might seem foolish to cry so much over a cat. But those who DO have, they know that how much can these little furballs mean to us. And of course not just cats, but dogs, horses, parrots, hamsters...every one of these selfless beings..the most unfairest of things is their short life span..I know i'm being sentimental but let that be my biggest sin.
