That is the self-titled album (no name). It is their 5th full length studio album. Listen to earlier Metallica, namely Kill Em All, Ride the Lightning, and Master of Puppets.

Metallica and Manson are pretty common for people just getting into metal, in a year you'll realize that Manson sucks and that only the first three Metallica albums are worth hearing. Testament is a good rec; sounds a lot like Metallica, only better. Needless to say, you MUST have the first 3 Metallica albums (Kill 'Em All, Ride The Lightning, and Master Of Puppets), they are absolute classics. Also check out Megadeth. Pantera, on the other hand, is a damn good band. I assume you've only heard Cowboys From Hell...make sure to pick up Vulgar Display of Power.
