i miss mike's shittier clean

And i miss my cock in your mouth, so you can be worry about something else than complain about this kind of things... ... Well, about the topic, i think that mike's vocals always have been great and fit in with the special mood of every album...

^wheres the point of that post you retard, you see some people here agree with me

His older clean vox were nothing special, and quite bland, but he's come quite a way especially on Watershed in which they're really great. I'll stick with the newer cleans thnks.

i am really pleased to hear mike's new down-to-earth pack-a-day ole' rocker dude vocal style. its definitely a humble progression from the emerging divinity we heard at 5:23 in beneath the mire. :waah:

Kirkfjell, i think the problem on coil is that it sounds like he sings "running through the fields of zorro". antonio banderas has no place on an opeth record.

as for his clean, it's cleaner, has more range, is more processed now, and he has decided against using that edge of yearning heartbreaking vulnerability that existed in it before. it's part of opeth's progression towards a showier style, just a change is all! i bet he sings the old songs better than ever live right now :)

Seems to be another case of people clutching at straws to find problems with the band.Mike's vocals are almost flawless,as are Opeth in general. They are the closest thing to perfect within the music industry,I urge people to go and find faults in bands that do have genuine faults.Opeth too good being a problem?Well I've just about heard it all now!

Seems to be another case of people lacking the common courtesy of respecting other peoples opinions. Just like you thinking the work on Watershed is perfect, that is an opinion that you are very much entitled to, it may not be something I can agree with, but I respect that you believe your opinion to be true.
