Plus Elysian, if you're gonna pay $2000 for an Ibanez guitar

it should only be one of these

jem's are overpriced, especially considering the RGT320 i posted up there outspecs all of them. its neck through for one, and mahogony body for another. and the 2nd one you posted looks like a jem555 for me, steer clear of those.

Ehh, I'm gonna have to say jackson because I own one and it plays so great after I set it up just how I like it, and the only Ibanez I've played were at the store and I hated how they were set up.

Dude, I really like Ibanez but... that guitar really doesn't stand up to a nice Jackson. That fretboard really should have been made out of ebony and feature white neck binding. Also, that finish doesn't really get my attention for anything other than the fact that the neckthrough piece looks awful being visible like that. They really should have added a quilted maple top over it.

I'm sure that it plays great -- I love Ibanez necks -- but in terms of looks... Most Jackson finishes wipe the fucking floor with it.

gold hardware is ugly. and rosewood is a perfectly good fretboard material, and binding should not be a deal breaker when buying a guitar. and i personally think the neck being visible on top is very sexy, see it a lot on basses but not as much on guitars.

Well, I guess that it's mostly a matter of taste. Mine is all for the Jackson and PRS type of finishes.
