Been seeing stuff like this pop up on MA: "The band stands on anti-racist positions and declared music without hate and violence." Can't play folk metal without being a racist I guess (unless you say you're not then it's coo).

I think it's mostly because "fans" these days look for any reason to tie a band to racism such as being on the same label as a known NS band or having a member in a non-racist band but also in an NS band. Shit like that. But that's where we are in 2021. Guilt by association
Having pride in your heritage=racist (as long as you're white)
If you have time, go to the discogs forum and search for "nsbm" or "nazi". There are literally people who spend time scouring discogs for those darn racist bands, just so they can report them.
But stuff like Bodycount's "Copkiller" is totally acceptable. I'm sure if I was so inclined I could find some racist rap artists on discogs.
