Actually, regardless of my hatred for all things "core", Protest the Hero's newest album is a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine, while I absolutley despise the vocals, I'm a guitarist so I can't help but enjoy some of the ridiculous guitar work on Fortress.

i actually got kinda used to his vocals and find them pretty awesome...not always though
but back to the real death!
Orgone: pretty awesome tech death...a bit confusing at times though
Neaera: ATG metal?...well if you can stand his voice its awesome(and i think you can stand his voice because you like black?) (and they kill live!)

Speaking of Vehemence, I have a copy of their self-released debut "Thoughts From Which I Hide" that I would be willing to part with for a decent price if anyone's interested. Only 1000 exist.
