Most anticipated albums of 2010

is there a new Cage coming out? they usually take forever with putting out new material....their last one only came out half a year ago.

Sean told me that most of it is written and I do believe that they are in pre production of it right now, at least, but I'll get some clarification next time I talk to him.

I'd almost settle for mediocrity with Time, if for no other reason than to get it released before it becomes the next Chinese Democracy. The fact that there have been zero updates on it since February isn't very encouraging but maybe (hopefully) 2010 is the year.

Sean told me they are working on a double-compilation album for release in the summer of 2010 that will include some album favorites, some live tracks, some unreleased tracks, and a few brand new songs. He told me a few weeks ago that he had just been rehearsing a new song that is "very thrashy and heavier than anything they've ever done".

Very strong album, as is the Iron Mask album also from Dushan Petrossi.

Quite disappointing at first listen ... hopefully it'll be better with more listens, but right now I wasn't impressed.

I love this disc!!! Pure old school metal!

Also, I read that my favorite band - the almighty Iron Maiden - are supposed to commence right after the holiday to start working on their next masterpiece......so, of course, that's THE most anticipated release for me!!
