I recently was recommended the new Warhammer - Curse of the Absolute Eclipse....and I was very disappointed. It came recommended from a guy who I trust who in the past turned me on to some great metal...but this doesn't fall in that category.

I'm way into Venom (the closest thing I can compare it to), but this album is the same song over and over and over. The drolling vocal delivery, guitar and bass parts mirrored the entire album. All midtempo plodding drumming. I fail to "get it". And they're on Nuclear Blast! Hmmm. Anyone enlighten me on something I'm missing here?
