Man, Ali was boring as hell. Michael Mann is hit and miss for me, mostly hit, though.

The Gift was pretty good, yeah.

I liked Cars, so I dunno what JayK hated so much about it. Definitely not their best, but better than friggin Nemo at least Probably Bug's Life also.

That's me told. But yeah, I fucking loved Collateral, and Mann was executive producer on (I think) the first two seasons of the original show - so it should rock, hard.

i rented a movie called Near Death.

the box made it look interesting. a ghost hunt that turns into a cannibalistic feast!

it was horrible though. the acting, was not acting. the gore, was boobs and jello. not that there's anything wrong with boobs and jello! but come onnnnn. the quality in general was cheap, which is ok if the movie's good otherwise.

i give it 2 poops down

I watched Persona last night and I just finished Vargtimmen.

Persona was real WTF. I need to watch that again. repeatedly.

Vargtimmen was alright, but I think I was a little more psyched for something a little more psychologically frightening than it really was.


Tomorrow night I'll go watch Orson Welles' rendition of Kafka's The Trial at the library film night. I'm sure that will be good as well.
