hey, have you guys seen the trailer to Snakes on a Plane yet? I mean, at the threater - not here on the intarweb. i thought it was supposed to be a joke

haha yeah. Sadly the only one's I've seen at the theater have not been as exciting as the one they put up on the web a while ago. Only a short clip stating that it has snakes and it has planes, and those snakes are on that plane.

But oh hell yeah I'll be seeing it opening day (august 18th or thereabouts if I recall correctly)

i saw a commercial on tv with a lot of screaming chicks and snakes striking really fast. looks as silly as i'm expecting :Spin:

the commercial for the descent looks kinda kewl

uh huh I've been waiting to see the descent for more than a year or such since it came out in england there the same time we got that crappy "THE CAVE" movie, and everyone has been saying how great it is!

finally I can go see it.

Just saw Miami Vice this afternoon
FUCKING AWESOME
go see it in the theater unless you have incredible theater-like sound at home then wait for dvd. im not a big must-see-it-in-the-theater person but i think youd lose some impact with home speakers.
anyway, no other comments save for it's perhaps better than Collateral, better than Manhunter, probably better than Heat but if i woulda seen that when it came out in 95, my jaw woulda been on the floor, so maybe not. Never seen Thief. Very obviously a Mann movie, which is to say, totally great

i was surprised how awesome Derailed was, tbh. Clive Owen always rocks...Sin City, Inside Man, and I dont care for Jennifer Aniston, but hearing her say "I think I wanna fuck you" was the cat's ass.

Running Scared was fantastically bloody. the hockey scene, man....

this is what my friend told me as well ... it was better than HEAT he said ... and we are both HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE HEAT fans ... so that was like a "Whoa, get the f out of here" statement ...

but he was just as psyched as you ... now I gotta see it!
