A: I have many many places where I'd love to own property.. And they range in scales.. the smallest being the top level of a building: a penthouse in Manhattan beside central park (which, by volume, must be one of the most expensive properties in the world)
The biggest being a whole chunk of Antarctica*& ..and I'm talking several-dozen-degrees-of-longitude worth, where I'd be under no one's jurisdiction and can do whatever the hell I want.
In the middle somewhere would be something like my own private tropical island+.

* Complete with penguins and everything
& ..you can all visit in 'the summer'
+ ..you can all visit for new-year's

As for New Year's, no way, I'll rather be here freezing my ass off in the -30C wintry Finland.
