NFL 2009

I see Aaron Rodgers getting hurt, badly.
dunno about the Vikes though. If they stay healthy, I dont see them losing.

Yeah, this is a major fear for me too. I always see someone this close to cleaning his clock, but he always gets away from the first big hit. Then he either makes a big play or falls down with the ball.

Seriously it pisses me off seeing them use him that way. He is a top 5 pass rusher and yet they're using him to do NON-PR things? Wtf.

That's what happens when you get a coach who wants to follow trends instead of sticking with what works.

Uh, nothing was working to begin with. Last year their defense (despite being decimated by injuries) was the reason why they lost a ton of 4 point games. They had no pressure on the quarterback then and could not stop the run. Now, they've fixed one problem and need to fix two more.

I think McCarthy is a good coach, but not a good coordinator. Need an offensive coordinator imo

So let me understand what you are saying here. The Packers had no pass rush while Kampman was a defensive end in a 4-3, and they still have no pass rush with him as an OLB in a 3-4. What exactly is your solution to solve their pass rushing failures that apparently have something to do with Kampman, even though the Packers as a whole have had little to no pass rush in both schemes?

Regardless Kampman IS NOT a OLB and should not be dropping back into coverage.

But then again Green Bay does not have the personnel to be running a 3-4.

Go back and put Kampmans hand in the dirt.

Over the past 3 years (prior to this season) Kampman had I believe 37 sacks. They definitely had something of a pass rush, their issue last year wasn't that - 12th ranked pass defense. It was they couldn't fucking stop the run AT ALL.

Not true. They have depth at linebacker (Barnett, Hawk, Matthews, Poppinga, and Chillar) and good lineman. I think it's a matter of play calling.
