Not to be bias but I would choose the 2007 Patriots as the best team to not win the big one.

My old supervisor is leaving me out of the 'cellar dweller' ff league this year (even though there aren't work people in it and he could easily get more volunteers, but I think he hates me so whatever), so I'll need something to do other than troll the pub leagues

Prefer yahoo, and the waiver penalty for tons of moves. Being able to freely move makes the draft pretty unimportant.
