NFL 2013

Bears need that win big time. Detroit has been playing pretty well.
They also lost to them in the first game.
Bears D needs to come up big, but they are terrible.
hopefully the 49ers can shut down Cam and co.

Pro football talk also mentions the Cam Cleeland incident a while back in the Saints locker room. All the rookies had to run with bags over their heads through a line as teammates beat them with punches and kicks and with items of their choice. One vet player used a pillow case full of coins to beat Cleeland. He almost lost an eye...wtf its sad.

Fucking Ditka at the time told Cleeland that he shouldve just faught back at the guy(s). Cleeland responded with "coach there were 60 guys".

On the season so far...

Foles:

86/136 63.% 1256 YDs 16 TDs 0 INTs 132.5 Passer Rating

3-1 Record for the season so far as the starter. More touchdowns than Andrew Luck or RG3 in half the games.

As if the Dallas D wasn't bad enough then Lee gets hurt - pretty obvious Lee is the defensive MVP so far. Looked like it might be a game until Lee went out. Saints were unstoppable after that.

Look Lee is a great player and would have helped but I doubt they would have even slowed down the Saints O. Your D is decimated and your secondary stinks.

They had forced some punts and then Lee went out and it went from a one score game to blowout. Dallas doesn't have another true MLB, much less a LB anywhere close to Lee. Carter has been a disappointment this year. The safeties are only good for getting run over.

Sean Lee is a great player, but the problem is he's so injury prone. Holding my breath for the Eagles injury report. Jason Peters suffered a quad injury and Micheal Kendricks suffered a knee injury. Hopfully neither are serious.

Although we all laughed at them at the time, it looks like the Browns knew what they were doing when they traded Trent Richardson. Guy is a below average RB and they managed to get a 1st back based on name recognition. Possibly an outright bust.

He usually misses a game or two a year, but before tearing his Achilles there was never anything major. Hopefully this quad injury isn't serious, but if it is, two major injuries in two years at his age would be reason for concern.

Eagles could have made that a lot less stressful, but at least they got the win. Foles and McCoy were great in the first half but the offense stagnated in the second half. Eagles were saved by RG3 throwing a terrible interception on the last drive of the game.

As crazy as it sounds, Foles is actually a superior and more developed quarterback than RG3. Much better decision maker and more accurate.
