Might want to mention something about building up leg muscle endurance by exercising or simply practicing sustained beats. One of the biggest problems at first is getting tired quickly.
Can't help you much with the 'heel stomp' technique, I'm not too familiar with it either. But I can tell you that it makes for powerful hits. It does, however, get tiring faster because the muscle work isn't shared with your calfs in this technique.
But I don't know.. it sounds great to me man.. Can't think of anything else.
