It originated on the Morbid Angel Bulletin Board, or MABB. There was a picture challenge to Google image search for any words. The image is gone now, but at the time, sard brought up a man laying on his face and stomach on the floor, so it originally meant being lazy. it was later expanded to include not caring abut something. I brought it to this board.
