Yes, it is great - I've been interested in buying this for awhile - then after your comments I went for it - GLAD I did. I liked it so much I ordered 'the Curse' & 'Battle Cry'.

So far - My favorite new release of 2007 is Crusader - 'Skin Clad'- It's really good old school epic heavy metal with some folk influence. On your suggestion way back when - I also got the Slough Feg album & I'm really impressed with that- SF's new album will be out early July (The End is taking pre-orders now). I'd say Crusader is a perfect mix of Slough Feg and Logar's Diary (without all the narration Logar's Diary seems to overuse at times).

Rainbow-"Rising"
Black Sabbath-"Heaven and Hell"
Saxon-"Power and the Glory"

That's class! :kickass: (and the Peter Green album is quality too).

NP: Shadow Galery - 'First Light'

PMR, do you have Slough Feg's Traveller? It's even better than Atavism IMO. Their earlier works are pretty patchy but still worth a listen.

I've only got Atavism & haven't been able to find any of the others in the usual places. I am definately interested in hearing as many as I can.

UPS finally got here @ 7:30 PM.

'Of Stars And Smoke' is easily the best song of the year.
