Devourment is so awful and i'm sick of hearing about them.

I am sick of hearing what everyone's favorite obscure one album swedish death metal band is, but I don't bitch when someone requests information on them.

Death: On par imo, for different reasons. Both quality albums though. But I'd go with Leprosy over those two if you haven't heard any Death.

I'm mostly attracted to their later stuff, actually. Symbolic and TSoP were amazing.

Can we shut up about that. Anyway, the wiggeriest death metal is Soils Of Fate. Uber-simplistic brutal death with retarded amounts of groove.

After giving a full listen to Nachtmystium - Instinct: Decay I highly recommend it. It is melodic black metal and, as you know, it takes a very good melodic band to please me. They have great riffs and great leads. The whole thing is great. Pick it up if you can.

I was going to mention them, but I'm honestly not familiar with them myself. You can check out Orodruin though. And of course Reverend Bizarre, but everyone listens to them by now.

Yes. My favorite cd is Escape.


I'm looking for some brutal death that isn't too simplistic and has production at least as good as or better than Wormed: Planisphaerium. (I like to be able to hear what they are playing.)

And any more tech death would be greatly appreciated.
